When an app doesn't fit
Off-the-shelf software is built for the average business. When your work doesn't fit it, you end up with spreadsheets, workarounds and three tools that don't talk to each other. We build the missing piece around how your team already works.

Questions
How is this different from buying software?
Bought software makes you work its way. A custom tool is shaped around your process and only does what you need, so there is less to learn and nothing to work around.
How long does it take?
A focused internal tool or integration often takes two to six weeks. You see a working version early, usually within the first two weeks.
Who owns the software?
You do: the code, the data and the access. We hand everything over, and can keep maintaining it if you want us to.
Can you extend a system we already use?
Yes, if it allows extension through modules, plugins or an API. We have built add-ons for ticket systems like Znuny and OTRS, among others.
What does it cost?
It depends on the scope, which is why we start with a short conversation. You get one fixed price before any work begins.
