Tools we connect
We work with what you already have: Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, Shopify and WooCommerce, Stripe and other payment providers, calendars and booking tools, CRMs, accounting and invoicing software, spreadsheets, and anything with an API or webhooks. Where there is no API, we find the most reliable way in.
How pricing works
After a free first conversation we map the work and give you one fixed price before anything starts. Most setups take one to two weeks. You own everything we set up, and we stay on hand when something in your business changes.
Questions
What kind of tasks can be automated?
Anything repetitive that follows rules: moving data between tools, sending messages at set moments, creating documents from templates, routing approvals and building reports. If a person does it the same way every time, it is usually a good candidate.
Do we have to change the tools we use?
No. We build around the tools you already use and only suggest a change when it clearly saves you time or money.
How long does a setup take?
Most take one to two weeks from the first conversation to going live, including testing on real cases.
What if something breaks or our process changes?
Every automation is documented and handed over, and we are on hand to fix it or adjust it when the way you work changes.
Do you work with businesses outside Bulgaria?
Yes. We are based in Sofia and work with clients across Europe and further afield, in English or Bulgarian.
